Terms & Conditions
// last updated: 2026-05-25
Plain-English summary: this site exists to describe what Waymore Better Logic does and to receive engagement inquiries. Be reasonable with our content, don't try to break things, and use the site for what it's meant for. The legal language below covers the rest.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of waymorebetterlogic.co, operated by Waymore Better Logic ("we", "us", "our"), the engineering arm of The Waymore Better Company. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
2. What this site is, and isn't
The site publishes marketing and informational content about Waymore Better Logic engineering engagements. It is a public website. It is not a client portal, a product, or an authenticated workspace. No production client work happens on this domain.
Specific commercial engagements are governed by separate written agreements (a statement of work, a master services agreement, and where applicable a Business Associate Agreement). The Terms on this page do not modify or supersede those agreements.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the wordmark "Waymore Better", trade dress, and design-system components — is owned by or licensed to Waymore Better Logic and The Waymore Better Company and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property law.
You may view and link to content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, scrape at unreasonable rates, or interfere with the operation of the site.
- Submit false, misleading, or harassing communications via our inquiry channels.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe for vulnerabilities other than via good-faith security research disclosed privately to security@waymorebetter.co.
5. Third-party links and services
The site links to the parent company, sister ventures, and third-party providers including Cloudflare (DNS and email) and GitLab (hosting). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third parties; their terms and privacy policies govern your interactions with them.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information on the site may contain errors or be out of date.
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to enter into an engagement. An engagement exists only when both parties sign a statement of work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Waymore Better Logic, The Waymore Better Company, and their officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waymore Better Logic and The Waymore Better Company from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waymore Better Logic regarding this site, and supersede any prior agreement on this subject. Engagement contracts are separate and unaffected.
